NHG Clinician Scientist Development Office (CSDO)
Establishment and Scope
The Clinician Scientist Development Office (CSDO), part of the Group Research and Innovation (GRI) in the National Healthcare Group (NHG), facilitates and supports research in NHG by providing holistic support to nurture and develop clinician scientists and innovators, clinical researchers and research administrators in NHG; cultivate research culture through a critical mass of talents; and groom the next generation of research leaders and mentors.
Collaborating with academic and research institutions, our efforts strengthen the national pool of clinician scientists and innovators who in turn bring scientific research from the bench to beside.
